Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations
To arrange a return, report a problem or to cancel your order please contact us on 020 8524 3470 or email so we can help resolve your query. If you wish to cancel your order we will be happy to arrange a full refund if the item has not yet been dispatched.

Returns Policy
If you’d like to return your order for an exchange or refund, please contact us first and send the item back to Well Fit Protein Shops, 30 New Pond Road, Holmer Green, High Wycombe, England. HP15 6SU within 30 days of receiving the goods. We recommend sending your items back using a tracked service as we are not liable for any lost items. Please clearly state your order number that the return relates to on your parcel and whether you would like an exchange or a refund. Please note that when returning items that postage must be paid by you the customer unless the item is faulty.

If you require a full refund, then please state this on your returns note. All refunds are issued within 48 hours of returns being accepted. If you require an exchange, please make sure you include the full product name you wish to exchange your order for. We can only exchange items to the same monetary value the item returned. We will send your replacement item to the default delivery address on your account, if you want the replacement sent to a different delivery address please make sure this is clearly marked on your returns note.

Please note: we cannot accept any returns which have been opened due to Health & Safety reasons (unless they are faulty). We can only accept returns that are in their original condition and all goods are inspected on return. Please ensure you package the goods correctly so the product is not damaged in transit. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange.

Please note: Taste is subjective to each individual and therefore we will not be able to exchange or refund on this basis, but please pop into a Well Fit Protein Shop where you may be able to try a sample before purchase.

While we work to ensure that product information is correct, on occasion manufacturers may alter their ingredient lists. Actual product packaging and materials may contain more and/or different information than that shown on our site.
