How long will Standard Delivery take?
- All orders before 2pm will be dispatched on the same day
- All orders using standard delivery will be attempted within 2-3 working days with delivery times between 7am-7pm
- Deliveries to Ireland may incur a 2-day delay
- If you authorise us to leave the parcel in a safe place, this is at your own risk and we cannot be held responsible for missing orders
- Please be aware that bank holidays and busy periods can affect the speed of deliveries. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver on bank holidays, please bear this in mind when ordering.
Can you deliver to my work address?
We can deliver to your permanent residential address or your place of employment. If you want your delivery to reach you at work, you need to be confident that someone will be there to take receipt of the goods as the courier service will deliver to the delivery address and not the person.
What to do if you do not receive your order
On placing an order you will receive an email confirming delivery. If you do not see the email, please check your junk mail or spam folders. If you have not received your order by the date specified please contact us so we can trace your items.
