How do I register an account?
It's easy, just click on 'Sign In / Register' at the top of every page and you will be taken to the registration page. By registering with us you will be able to place orders much faster and save your favourite products to your profile.
Has my order been dispatched yet?
We aim to get your order out as quickly as possible and as soon as it's dispatched we'll send you an email or text to confirm your order is on the way.
How do I track my order?
We will send an email and text as soon as your order is dispatched with a link so you can track your parcel to your door. You can track your order right to your doorstep once it has been dispatched. Simply follow the tracking link included in the email or text message.
How long will Standard Delivery take?
All orders before 2pm will be dispatched the same day and will arrive in 2-3 working days. Please note that bank holidays can affect the speed of deliveries, and we unfortunately cannot deliver on these days, please bear this in mind when ordering.
Can you deliver to my work address?
We can deliver to your permanent residential address or your place of employment. If you want your delivery to reach you at work, you need to be confident that someone will be there to take receipt of the goods as the courier service will deliver to the delivery address and not the person.
What do I do if I have received a damaged or incorrect order?
We want all our of customers to receive top quality goods so if you think there is a fault with an item you have received, please let us know as soon as you can by calling us on 020 8524 3470

What do you do with my personal details?
We do not hold any payment details on our system which is securely managed by SagePay. For full details of our data policy please see our terms and conditions section.
